This year, at one of Miami and the world’s biggest art events, Itta Abovitz will be showing her paintings publicly for the first time in years. Not only is she editor-in-chief, Mindy’s, mother, but she paints female drummers and make decadent jewelry for Tom Tom Mag. Please go check out her work and give her a hug. Also featured at the event is Naama Tasbar, who is also in upcoming Issue 5 of Tom Tom Magazine for her drum art. You can see her work at 4141 BLDG / 4141 NE 2ND AVENUE #101 C, D, E, in which artist Rirkrit Tiravanija has curated an exhibit in these three adjacent spaces. Tasbar will show ”Untitled (Babies)”.
