About: Theresa & Katharine are a drum duo that couple hard-hitting percussion with vocals reminiscent of those you’d hear at a basement gig during the height of the riot grrl era. Rattle is highly skilled in the art of percussion and creating toe-tapping rhythms from objects not typically labeled as instruments(see ‘stringer bell’). Moving forward in 2017, Rattle is for sure an act to keep an eye on!
Where you may have seen them: Rattle was invited to tour with Animal Collective as support for a short UK tour in September 2016. They were also invited to go on tour with The Julie Ruin to support them on their European tour in November – December 2016.
